On or about 02/21/2018 at the West Main Street Construction Project,  Employees were using pneumatic nail guns and circular saws and were not wearing any eye protections.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge:  On or about 02/21/2018 at the West Main Street Construction Project, employees were using the two stairways to access and descend to and from the second floor and no top or mid rails were in use.
