29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): Walking-working surfaces were not maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice.    a) 1674 Delsea Dr. Woodbury NJ Building 1: The employer failed to maintained a walking-working surfaces free of hazards when ongoing moisture problems caused sections of flooring in the building to randomly lift and form bubbles.  On 2/18/2018, an employee tripped and fell due to raised flooring in the dining room.      b) 1674 Delsea Dr. Woodbury NJ Building 2: The employer failed to maintained a walking-working surfaces free of hazards when ongoing moisture problems caused sections of flooring in the building to randomly lift and form bubbles.  Observed on or about 2/27/18.    NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(i): The employer having employee(s) with occupational exposure did not establish a written Exposure Control Plan designed to eliminate or minimize employee exposure.      a) 1674 Delsea Dr. Woodbury NJ Building 1 and 2: The employer did not have a written Exposure Control Plan for employees who have occupational exposure to blood or other potentially infectious materials when providing medical care such as, but not limited to, giving medication through injections and wound care.  Observed on or about 2/27/18.      THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
