29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): Walking-working surfaces were not maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice. a) 1674 Delsea Dr. Woodbury NJ Building 1: The employer failed to maintained a walking-working surfaces free of hazards when ongoing moisture problems caused sections of flooring in the building to randomly lift and form bubbles. On 2/18/2018, an employee tripped and fell due to raised flooring in the dining room. b) 1674 Delsea Dr. Woodbury NJ Building 2: The employer failed to maintained a walking-working surfaces free of hazards when ongoing moisture problems caused sections of flooring in the building to randomly lift and form bubbles. Observed on or about 2/27/18. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

Observed on or about 2/27/18. THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
