29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee working from an aerial lift:  Worksite at 12250 NW 10th St. Yukon, OK 73099. On or about February 27, 2018 employees were working from a Haulotte aerial lift without the use of fall protection harness and lanyard and exposed to a fall hazard of more than 6 feet.
