29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):  A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift.    On or about July 17, 2019, at a motel renovation site located at 5091 E. 47th Place in Tulsa, OK, employees were allowed to work in the basket of an aerial lift without fall protection, exposing the employees to fall hazards.   Enrique Garcia was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1298694, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on May 10, 2018, with respect to a workplace hazard located at 12250 N.W. 10th Street Yukon, OK 73099.
