29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation are not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.652 (b) or (c) of this section.  a) On or about March 27, 2018 and at times prior thereto employees were working in a trench between 5.5 to 6 feet deep in type B soil, where adequate cave in protection was not used.  NOTE: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item.

NOTE: Abatement certification is required for this item.
