OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees are exposed to struck-by hazards.     On or about April 3, 2018, on the pipe rack, employees roll pipes in an attempt to control the pipe's movement.    Among other methods, feasible and acceptable means of abatement include: (1) moving and placing pipe on and off the storage racks by the use of mechanical means and (2) ensuring that employees are not present/position on top of the racks when pipes are being placed.
