29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):   a) 68 - 73 Witter Circle, Phoenixville, PA, Worksite - on or about April 13, 2018, employees were performing frame carpentry work while working from the exterior top plate, approximately 21 feet above grade, without utilizing any means of fall protection.  b) 68 - 73 Witter Circle, Phoenixville, PA, Worksite - on or about April 13, 2018, employees were performing frame carpentry work while working from various locations in the structure where floor openings, approximately 10 to 22 feet above the lower level, were left unguarded.  EPN Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1281102, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 19, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at Penn Square, Lots 21-30, N. Cannon Ave. & W. Second St., Lansdale, PA 19446.

EPN Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1281102, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on March 19, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at Penn Square, Lots 21-30, N. Cannon Ave. & W. Second St., Lansdale, PA 19446.
