29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a. On or about April 9, 2018, Back side of Building 6, an employee of George Speers Masonry, LLC was working from a Genie lift to cut brick was not provided a body belt with lanyard attached to the basket, exposing himself to a 20 feet fall hazard. b. On or about April 9, 2018, Front side of Building 6, an employee of Zelaya Construction, LLC was working from a JLG lift to install Hardi board was not provided with a body belt with lanyard attached to the basket, exposing himself to a 20 feet fall hazard.
