29 CFR 1926.304(d): Portable, power-driven circular saw(s) were not equipped with a guard above and below the base plate or shoe:    a)  At Lot 102 Savannah Woods, Spanish Fort, Alabama:  On or about April 19, 2018 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to operate a skill saw with the guard wedged up exposing the blade and exposing his employees to struck-by hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At Lot 102 Savannah Woods, Spanish Fort, Alabama:  On or about April 19, 2018 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities while standing in the trusses without fall protection exposing them to a fall hazard of 20 feet 1 inches to the concrete floor below.  b)  At Lot 102 Savannah Woods, Spanish Fort, Alabama:  On or about April 19, 2018 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform roof decking activities without fall protection exposing them to a fall hazard of 9 feet 9 inches to the ground floor below.
