29 CFR 1910.138(a): Appropriate hand protection was not used when employee's hands were exposed to hazards such as those from skin absorption of harmful substances; severe cuts or lacerations; severe abrasions; punctures; chemical burns; thermal burns; and harmful temperature extremes.  On or about 4/12/2018, jobsite located at 501 Avenue P, Riviera Beach, FL 33404, an employee was performing painting work with Interthane 990 epoxy without gloves.
