29 CFR 1910.29(d)(1)(ii): (ii) The perimeter of the designated area was delineated with a warning line consisting of a rope, wire, tape, or chain that did not meet the requirements of paragraphs (d)(2) and (d)(3) of this section: On or about April 19, 2018, employees were exposed to fall hazards because the cellar pit below the drilling rig floor was marked off using caution tape as the only measure in preventing unauthorized entry to the area.
