29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:      On or about May 9, 2018 at the work site where an employee was exposed to a fall hazard while working from a truck mounted aerial lift without having a harness with a lanyard attached to the basket.      Ezzi Signs, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1210828, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/2/2017 with respect to a workplace located at 8415 FM 1960 W., Houston, TX 77070.
