29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  (a) On or about January 15, 2021 when employees were exposed to a fall hazard while hanging a sign from a truck mounted aerial lift without any fall protection system.   Ezzi Signs, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1314692, citation number 1, item number 1  and was affirmed as a final order on July 27, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 1952 Interstate 45 North, Suite D, Spring, TX 77373.
