On or about May 9, 2018 at 70-14 267th Street, Glen Oaks, NY 11004  A tubular welded scaffold erected approximately seventeen (17) feet above the lower level used by employees to install bricks to the exterior of a residential home was observed missing a toeboard exposing employees standing directly below to struck-by hazards.
