Condition observed on or about 05/07/18.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(5)(i): Non-self-supporting ladders were not used at an angle such than the horizontal distance from the top support to the foot of the ladder way approximately one-quarter of the working length of the ladder (the distance along the ladder between the foot and the top support): a- 101 - 107 West 9th Street, Ship Bottom NJ: On or about 05/07/18 company workers were exposed to fall hazards when utilizing an aluminum extension ladders whose rise to run ratio was not 4 to 1 and, as such, was not having an angle of approximately 75 degrees from the horizontal . Condition observed on or about 05/07/18.
