29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided:   a) Building 500, 449 Union Mill Rd., Mount Laurel, NJ: On or about October 5, 2018, FPA Enterprise workers were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 20 feet while installing roof trusses on a large apartment style multi-family residential structure without the use of any fall protection.   FPA Enterprise LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1315504, citation number 01 item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/14/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 101-107 West 9th Street, Ship Bottom, NJ 08008.
