Employees were exposed to a 8-feet fall hazard.   b) On or about May 11, 2018:Two employees were observed positioning roof underlayment at the valleys of the roof at a height of 8-feet and a roof pitch of about 6:12 and the employees were not protected by guardrail system, safety net, or personal fall arrest system, nor was employee provided with an alternative fall protection measure. Employees were exposed to a 8-feet fall hazard.
