Employees were exposed to electrical and fire hazards.

29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose:  a.  Northeast corner of the housekeeping department: A cover was missing from an electrical outlet box, exposing employees were to electrical hazards.  b.  Lower lobby Dusit Gourmet: A dishwasher was removed for maintenance and the electrical junction box was not covered, exposing employees were to electrical hazards.
