29 CFR 1915.81(c)(1):   The employer did not ensure that each working surface was clear of debris, including solid and liquid wastes, at the end of each workshift or job, whichever occurred first.      On or about April 17, 2018, the employer did not ensure that materials such as but not limited to debris, pallet, ropes and oars scattered in and around the working surface of a 20 foot barge that was used to perform dock maintenance was removed there by exposing employees to a trip hazard.

On or about May 17, 2018, the employer did not ensure that an approximately 20 foot barge used to perform dock maintenance was equipped with ring life buoy on the barge there by exposing employees to a drowning hazard.    .
