29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section:    a) At the facility, in the autoline 4-Domestic Packaging Area, energy control procedures were not utilized when removing a jammed bag from the bagging chute of the Hayssen Ultima, machine number Poly 8, serial number 052880, exposing to caught-in hazards.      Riviana Foods, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1110511, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/20/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 716 N. 2nd St. in Alvin, Texas.

Operators are exposed to caught-in hazards when removing jammed bags from the bagging chute of the Hayssen Ultima, machine number Poly 8, serial number 052880.    Riviana Foods, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1110511, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/20/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 716 North 2nd St in Alvin, Texas.
