29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours after the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees or an employee's amputation or an employee's loss of an eye, as a result of a work-related incident.   a) On or about May 24, 2018 or prior thereto:   An employee was injured during delivery of door and trim items to Sawtooth Door in Twin Falls, Idaho, which resulted in an inpatient hospitalization.   The employer did not report this incident to OSHA within 24 hours of the incident.  NOTE:  Abatement certification is NOT required for this item.
