29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about 6/6/18, on the roof of 1361 S. Federal Highway, in the city of Boca Raton, employees were exposed to a fall hazard while applying roofing paper on a parapet wall of a 5-story residential complex due to lack of fall protection.  PLEASE NOTE: DOCUMENTATION AND CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.  All American Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1189436, citation number 01, item number 001, issued on 12/01/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 2323 N. University Drive, Coral Springs, Florida 33065, which became a final order on 02/24/2017.

Federal Highway, in the city of Boca Raton, the employer did not have a Safety Data Sheet readily accessible at the jobsite for a roofing product named KARNAK.  PLEASE NOTE: DOCUMENTATION AND CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
