29 CFR  1926.1153(c)(1):For each employee engaged in a task identified on Table 1, the employer did not fully and properly implement the engineering controls, work practices, and respiratory protection specified for the task on Table 1.  At the jobsite located at 14000 Bellantine, Overland Park, Kansas, employees performing roofing activities, dry cutting on roof tiles were exposed to silica hazards. The employer failed to implement engineering and work practice controls as outlined in Table 1 to reduce employee exposure to silica dust.

29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  At the jobsite located at 14000 Bellantine, Overland Park, Kansas, employees engaged in residential roofing activities were exposed to struck-by hazards while using a hand held saw to cut roof tiles in that eye protection was not provided or utilized.  The All American Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1453664, citation number 3, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08-12-2020, with respect to a workplace located at 3301 NE Ralph Powell Road Lees Summit, Missouri 64064.  The All American Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1427244, citation number1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 11-05-2019, with respect to a workplace located at 217 Northwest Juniper Street, Lees Summit, Missouri 64064.
