OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that the employees were exposed to struck by hazards during tree removal and crane operation:  Tree removal and National crane operations were not safely performed in the following instances:   a) Carriage House - On or about June 06, 2018, the employer failed to fully extend both outriggers until the chassis weight was removed from the wheels of the crane.  b) Carriage House - On or about June 06, 2018, the employer failed to ascertain the weight of the section of tree being lifted to ensure that it did not exceed the crane ratings at the maximum radius at which the load would be handled.
