29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  a) Big Horn Plastering Located at 2080 California St. Denver, CO 80205 : On and preceding June 6th 2018, the employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met.  Masonry workers handle chemicals which include but are not limited to grout, mortar, aguaflash SBS and Ethylene-Propylene Copolymer. The employer did not develop, implement, and maintain a written hazard communication program which describes how labeling, safety data sheets, and training will met.

Masonry workers handle chemicals which include but are not limited to grout, mortar, aguaflash SBS and Ethylene-Propylene Copolymer.  The employer had MSDS's for half of the chemicals used in the workplace.
