29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  a) On or about June 21, 2018 at the job-site located at 7337 Gladiolus Drive, Fort Myers, (FL), an employee doing touchup painting of a sign while standing on the work platform of a Skyjack Telescopic Boom Model SJ40T (equipment number = 7540009) was exposed to a 9 foot fall hazard, in that a body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not used.
