29 CFR 1910.22(c): The employer did not provide, and ensure each employee used, a safe means of access and egress to and from walking-working surfaces: On or about June 14, 2018, a temporary employee exiting the Mechanical and Automotive Assembly Area walked into a Raymond Hylift (Model#750-R35TT) when walking across the aisleway to the MDI Board. The employer did not provide and ensure the employee used safe means of access and egress from the Mechanical and Automotive Assembly Area. The area has multiple blind spots from pillars and material. There is also no permanent pedestrian walkway. Employees share the aisleways with the powered industrial vehicles.
