29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards associated with performing residential construction activity while exposed to falls 6 feet or greater. The most recent occurrence of this was observed on June 26th, 2018 at the new residential home located at 19201 Sahler, St. Elkhorn, NE where the employer has a crew of 8 employees installing siding trim exposed to fall hazards while working off the roof without fall protection.
