OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to falls in excess of four feet from walking the feed silo bunker wall: On June 26, 2018, an employee walking the feed silo bunker walls in order to prepare the feed bunker was not protected from falling 11.4 feet to ground level.
