29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use:  a. On or about May 29, 2018, the employer failed to developed and implement a written Respiratory Protection Program for the protection of the employees that are required to use a respirator when spray painting automobile parts, using paints and products that include but are not limited to "PPG's Deltron and Shop Line" Paints and base components.

On or about May 29, 2018, the employer did not have the SDSs of all hazardous chemicals stored and use in the workplace including, but not limited to, "Klean Strip Prep All" for the information and protection of the employees that can come in contact with these hazardous chemicals.
