29 CFR 1910.141(b)(1)(iii): Portable drinking water dispensers were not designed, constructed, and serviced so that sanitary conditions were maintained, were not be capable of being closed, and were not equipped with a tap: On or about July 10, 2018, the cemetery grounds, employees were exposed to unsanitary water dispenser conditions in that the employer did not provided means for employees to dispense water other than directly into their mouth from the water container spout.
