29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail:  On or about July 11, 2018 at 205 River Place Drive, Augusta, Georgia, Building #3, employees sanding walls on the fourth floor used the stairway to access/egress the upper levels.  There were no handrails on the stairs, the employees were exposed to a fall to the lower level.

There were no stairrails on the stairs, the employees were exposed to a fall to the lower level.
