29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Employees on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level were not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    (a) On March 27th, 2019 employees of Alpha Omega Construction were exposed to a 32 foot fall hazard while constructing a parapet wall without any means of fall protection at the Uptown and Main project in the vicinity of 2633 55th Street South in Fargo, ND 58104.
