29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means.    On or about July 17, 2018, in hall #2, inside the school that was being remodeled where employees were exposed to electrical hazards when installing electrical lighting fixtures without being protected against electric shock.

29 CFR 1926.416(a)(3): Before work began, the employer did not ascertain by inquiry, direct observation, or by instruments, whether any part of an energized electric power circuit, exposed or concealed, was so located that the performance of the work could bring any person, tool, or machine into physical or electrical contact with the electric power circuit.  On or about July 17, 2018, in hall #2, inside the school that was being remodeled where employees were exposed to electrical hazards when working in an area without the employer determining if the circuits that employees could  contact were energized.

29 CFR 1926.417(b): Equipment or circuits that were deenergized were not rendered inoperative and did not have tags attached at all points where such equipment or circuits could be energized.    On or about July 17, 2018, in hall #2, inside the school that was being remodeled where employees were exposed to electrical hazards when installing electrical lighting fixtures to deenergized circuits that were not rendered inoperative and without attaching tags to all the points where such circuits can be energized.
