29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level.  a) new construction residential property at Evans Mills Apartments, 700 Block, in Cherry Hill, NJ, 08002, at the front of the home on the south side: Employees were exposed to fall protection hazards when they performed siding without a midrail or end stop on an Alumipole pumpjack scaffold that could result in death, which occurred on or about 4/5/18.  NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
