An employee performing plastic extrusion operations at Extrusion line 1 was exposed to noise levels of 73.48 % of the allowable limit during a 421 minute sampling period on August 1st, 2018.  Exposure calculation included a zero exposure increment for the 59 minutes not sampled.  This exposure is equivalent to a sound level of 87.7 dBA for the dose and time of employee exposure.
