29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:   a) 1406 Henry Clay Ave., New Orleans, LA; On or about July 26, 2018, the employer allowed an employee to work from an aerial lift basket while not wearing fall protection. The employee was painting the exterior of a home. The employee was exposed to a fall greater than 20 feet.
