29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: (a) On or about July 23, 2018, for the employees exposed to electrical shock hazards where a GEHL RS12-42 struck a 14,000 volt electrical line while loading water tank sections onto a flatbed truck, in the vicinity of Highway 1806 & 115 Avenue NW near Watford City, North Dakota.
