OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees to struck-by hazards: a) Dry Warehouse - On or prior to August 2, 2018, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards while working around damaged racks located in the dry warehouse (Racking around label(s) N-499-1B/N-501-1A, N-503-1B, P-495-1A). Pallets and products were stored on these racks. b) Freezer - On or prior to August 2, 2018, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards while working around damaged racks located in the freezer (Racking around label(s) A-160-1, C 161-4, C 095-4). Pallets and products were stored on these racks.
