The stairway, with 18 risers, did not have a handrail.     location: stairwell B  on or about: 8/2/18    b) Employees used a closed stairway for access between the first and second floor. The stairway, with 23 risers, did not have a handrail.     NOTE: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
