OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by and crushed-by hazards:    a. On or about July 23 to 31, 2018, an employee used a JLG brand aerial lift/work platform without first conducting a Pre-Start Inspection to identify deficiencies with the vehicles tires and exposed the employee to struck-by and crushing hazards.    b. On or about July 9 to 13, 2018, an employee used a Skyjack brand aerial lift/work platform without first conducting a Pre-Start Inspection to identify deficiencies with the vehicles tires and exposed the employee to struck-by and crushing hazards.
