29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  a) Building second  floor, North elevation: Employees were exposed to eye/face injuries while using pneumatic nail gun and were not protected with any type of eye/face protection, on or about 8/7/2018

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.   a) Building second floor North elevation: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 16' to the ground below, while positioned at an unprotected edge of the second floor in which a means of fall protection was not utilized, on or about 8/7/2018
