29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  a)1133 Sumner Ave., Springfield, MA: On or about  July 29, 2018, several employees were observed roofing this residence, more than 25 feet above the ground below without any fall protection in use.   Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).  GTA Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b) 13, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1232031, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 10, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 741 Laurel St., Longmeadow, MA.
