29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):   At the jobsite located at 2530 E. Dory St. Goddard, KS 67052: Employees engaged in residential framing and decking activities from a 6:12 pitch roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 16 feet from the eave of the residence to the ground below in that fall protection was not used. Employees were observed walking the top plates and nailing the trusses at both sides of the far edges of the new residence.   29 CFR 1903.19 (d)(1) requires certification and documentation that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
