29 CFR  1926.416(e)(1):Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used:  Employees working at 828 East Sunset Ct. Goddard, Kansas, were exposed to electrical shock.  Employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to electrical hazards in that the extension cord providing 220 VAC power to the junction box was significantly damaged.  The insulation had pulled away from the plug, exposing the conductors.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  At the jobsite located at 828 East Sunset Ct. Goddard, Kansas, employees engaged in residential framing activities, walking the top plates, were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15 feet from the top plates to the ground below in that fall protection was not provided/utilized.  JV  Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1469666, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/15/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 1722 Blackstone, Wichita, Kansas.  JV Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1337426, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/23/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 2530 E. Dory St. Goddard KS 67052.
