29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition:    a) Dietary Manager office, kitchen area, 200 Tandem Village Road, Canonsburg, PA 15317:  Observed on July 23, 2018, the dietary manager's office area was not kept clean, orderly, and in sanitary condition.  Damaged ceiling and materials stored above the ceiling tiles were at risk of falling.  Employees working in this area were exposed to struck-by hazards.       b) Dietary Manager office, kitchen area, 200 Tandem Village Road, Canonsburg, PA 15317:  Observed on July 23, 2018, the dietary manager's office area was not kept clean, orderly, and in sanitary condition.  Water generated by a coolant line located in the back corner of the room was accumulating on the floor along the entire length of the back wall.
