(a) Warehouse: Containers, totes, boxes, plastic wrapped pallets, that contain items such as but not limited to electronics, computers, phones, lead acid batteries, lithium-ion batteries, nickel cadmium batteries, nickel metal hydride batteries, alkaline batteries, cathode ray tubes, and fluorescent light bulbs, and stacks of wood pallets were stored in an unstable and unsecured manager exposing employees to a struck-by hazard, on or about 8/9/2018.
