The hood was suck in an open position. This condition exposed employees to amputation hazards.    (b) Wood in 2 Wood, LLC at 1025 Delaware St. Longmont, CO 80503: On or before 8/21/18 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that a Powermatic tablesaw was missing a protective hood over the blade. An employee lost the tip of his thumb on this machine. This condition exposed employees to amputation hazards.
