29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1):  Each employee on a scaffold 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to the lower level:       (a)   Excellence in Siding Co. Inc. at 521 Capitol Reef St., Berthoud, CO 80513:  On and before March 7, 2018, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury in that midrails and endrails were not installed on the pump jack scaffold used to install siding on a two-story residential home.  This condition exposed employees to a fall hazards ranging from approximately 18 feet to 10 feet.
