29 CFR 1926.304(d): Portable, power-driven circular saw(s) were not equipped with a guard above and below the base plate or shoe: On or about August 15, 2018: At the worksite located at 130 Main St. in Clermont, Georgia an employee was exposed to amputations hazards while utilizing a circular saw that had its guard choked back in an open condition, exposing the bottom part of the saw blade at all times during the cutting operation.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about August 15, 2018: At the worksite located at 130 Main Street in Clermont, Georgia employees were exposed to fall hazards while installing building materials as follows: a) Employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 9 feet while installing blocking material on a commercial structure, when the employer failed to ensure employees were utilizing proper fall protection measures. b) Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 8.1 feet while installing roof sheathing on a commercial structure, when the employer failed to ensure employees were utilizing proper fall protection measures.
